My first post of 2020, eh? I should be in Iceland right now, but 2020.
I finished my master's in May. The stress from that plus having to adjust to working from home caused me to have 2 public breakdowns. Fortunately, I graduated with a 3.97 and also got to go back to work. I once thought WFH was my dream job. I am now a firm believer in the separation between the two.
Remember my Cockatiel, Wyatt? He passed away in August at the age of 25. He was a bona-fide G until the end. Miss that little guy!
Overall, I've had it pretty good this year. Everything else is pretty much the same and you know what, I rather pleased by that! Hope you're well, random person who still visits. =)

Y'all, I have some news! I just completed my first semester as a graduate student in Applied Information Technology! I even used my webspace to work on projects and tinker with some coding. Your girl is back in the IT world! Oh... did I mention it's next-to-free because I work at the University? O:) Why didn't I do this years ago?! #betterlatethannever

I come to thee with sad news. As of June 9th, I became single again. The breakup was the scariest thing I've ever experienced and I don't know if I'll ever fully recover. I truly thought he was the one. I finally knew what it was like to love and be loved in return. He was the best thing that ever happened to me...before he became the worst. October 5th would have been our 2nd anniversary.
